David applies his extensive sales and marketing experience from twelve years as Senior Vice President at News Corporation where he headed the sales and marketing for major corporate consumer promotion growth initiative and ran multiple divisions generating hundreds of millions of sales annually. He was also the co-founder of a fourteen year old, highly successful, global electronic/TV retail based business.

As CEO of 24/8, David oversees the business development and partnership strategies of this emerging technology company. 24/8 capitalizes on patented technology to deliver market urgent business and product solutions. David manages 24/8’s strategic initiatives with expertise in product development, marketing, technology licensing and intellectual property matters. He has established strategic and product development collaborations with several global technology and manufacturing companies. He is a graduate of Harvard University.

As President of 24/8, Stacey oversees product development, marketing, public relations and directs the company’s philanthropic efforts. Having built an audience of over one million engaged, loyal customers over the past 14 years and has sold more than $150 million of consumer products, Stacey is a trusted product innovator who uses electronic retail and editorialized shopping to engage a 24-hour-a-day global market. A veteran of the fashion and beauty industries, an entrepreneur and on-air TV personality, Stacey brings her unique abilities in new venture management to the 24/8 business solution architecture.

The recipient of numerous industry awards, Stacey is on a number of key industry and philanthropic boards where she is deeply committed to supporting ground-breaking enterprises and charitable activities.

Alex J. Kalpaxis

As CTO for 24/8 LLC, Alex translates the company&##39;s Intellectual property (IP) into patents and prototypes. He uses next generation wireless mesh-networking and sensor-fused micro-electro-machine systems (MEMS) based technology along with artificial intelligence when necessary as the core technology scaffolding. Alex has created, patented and developed several breakthrough products for the commercial and medical marketplaces. He has extensive experience in bringing hardware and software products to market ranging from the embedded through to the enterprise class systems. Some of these products have generated more than $100 million in revenue.

Alex has held positions in public companies ranging from Chief Scientist to Chairman/CTO. At Banker&##39;s Trust Company (a global bank, now Deutsche Bank), he defined the global Banker&##39;s Trust Technical Architecture (BTA), with key technology and business personal. He was co-creator and developer of the first real-time global trading system on Wall Street, called the Broadgate Information Data Distribution System (BIDDS).

Prior to joining BTC, Alex was a research electrical engineer at the Photonics Laser Institute at the City University of New York and developed an automated picosecond laser signal processing system which resulted in numerous North American Philips grants to CCNY. For this work, Alex was awarded the Simon Sonkin Medal for Excellence in Experimental Physics. Alex has published numerous peer-reviewed papers and is an inventor holding ten patents in the areas of wireless and computing technologies. Alex is an IEEE Member, ACM Member, AAAS Member.
